Current prototype position
The planned policy allows a customer to request a refund within 14 days of a digital purchase. It does not guarantee that the material will produce any medical, health, or symptom outcome. Final request channels, processing times, exclusions, merchant identity, and statutory rights require legal and accounting approval.
