Current prototype position
The planned policy allows a customer to request a refund within 14 days of a digital purchase by contacting support@ibsnextstep.com. It does not guarantee that the material will produce any medical, health, or symptom outcome. Refunds are handled by Royal Media LLC, a New York domestic LLC (DOS ID 7667779), 447 Broadway 2nd Fl. #3000, New York, NY 10013, United States. Final processing times, exclusions, and statutory rights require legal and accounting approval.
